Our Policies

Read and understand our policies, in any circumstance that a customer does not read, understand, and follow our policies we will not be held accountable.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Delivery is typically 3-4 business days post processing.

Offline Payments
To skip the processing period and get free shipping you may send your payment through ApplePay or Zelle. Prior to your payment you will be sent an invoice to your phone number or email. Following the payment you will be sent a receipt to your phone number or email. Text (225) 456-3940 to make offline payments.

If you place an order on a Friday, your order will start processing on the following Monday.

A tracking number will be sent once the order has been shipped and may take 24hrs for tracking information to be updated.

Please understand that delivery is approximate and may vary based on destination and any unforeseen circumstances during transit. We do not control the shipping companies!
Please note that during peak seasons and promo times Processing/ Shipping times may extend up to 14 business days. 

All hair orders are shipped from our factory via drop shipping.

MAKE SURE YOU TYPE YOUR ADDRESS INFORMATION IN CORRECTLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER (APARTMENT NUMBERS, etc). IN ANY EVENT THAT YOUR ORDER IS MISPLACED OR DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS WE WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. WE HAVE NO CONTROL ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED, YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT OUR SHIPPING PARTNERS FOR ASSISTANCE (USPS, DHL, FexEx).

Refunds and Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS! EXCHANGES are available under certain circumstances. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the Refunds and Exchanges Policy, please feel free to contact us via EMAIL Lynnxtresses@gmail.com.

FRAUD

If your order is flagged as fraudulent, we not fulfill your order. In the event that your order is flagged, you may have to provide a valid driver license or ID. Failure to do so will result in automatic order cancellation and refund fees.

Disputes

Disputes are not tolerated at any time. In the event that a customer disputes their information and photo will be posted publicly to social media platforms (Instagram, etc.) until all funds are returned. Failure to return ALL FUNDS will result in legal action.
